Once you know how high your CYA is - will need to decide the best way to drain / refill a substantial amount of your water.
There will be challenges as it appears you battle metal in your water.

If you have a FC 2 you are not doing what is referred to as a SLAM here on the forum -- Pool School - SLAM - Shock Level And Maintain
Please read through that link. Your first item would be to adjust your pH to 7.2 with muriatic acid.
Then add bleach / liquid chlorine until you have FC of 24 (based on CYA of 60). You then must maintain that FC as many times per day as you can until your water is crystal clear.
Once clear, you do an Pool School - Perform the Overnight FC Loss Test (OCLT) to finish out the SLAM
