Green pool after 3 days no filter

Lost power in Texas for 3 days. We have it back today. Pool is green but my test results seem fine?

Should I still SLAM? Is the water safe? Can’t imagine it is.
One thing to note is the pool had ALOT of debris in it from the storms. The pool was clear yesterday but all the debris was on the floor. Could it be that’s it’s all getting moved around as the filter runs?

One more thing to note is the tanning ledge and steps don’t appear green at all. Only the deeper areas

And next time the power goes out - add liquid chlorine daily, mix in with your pool brush and maintain the FC levels according to the FC/CYA Levels.
