Green algae

I emptied 80% of my pool to clear out CH and CYA and I have some green algae in my black Marcite pool.
How can I get rid of the green algae?

Do I refill and then shock or clear out the algae before refil?

If the latter what is the best way?

Fill up the pool, then proceed. You need proper circulation to complete the SLAM Process.
