Did anything work?
So, the StoneTech grease remover you linked above actually worked in one spot. I think another spot likely needed another application. It left behind a white residue that isn't that bad. I sanded the residue a bit and most of it came off. Then I said screw it and sealed the countertops with these few imperfections before I added more! Anyway, for future reference, the stonetech grease remover does get grease out of leuders stone/limestone. Thank you James!

If you have any 190 proof grain alcohol, try it on the extra piece of stone to see if it works.
The product was expensive so that's good to know about the ingredients. I don't have any 190 proof alcohol, but will grab some next time we are at the liquor store.
