Generic Salt Water Cell

Hi all,

Recently my jandy system was throwing error code 121. My husband and I removed the cell and cleaned it, however it continued to write out. When looking at the cell the middle rod was corroded from within the rubber wrap and be it thst the cell is 5 years old and we moved in last may we went ahead and purchased a new cell.
We received what looks like a generic unit from this site:
And my question is, are these reputable, or will it not work.

For context we have a zodiac nature2 fusion SWG setup
(Original is the gray, generic is all black)

We have no idea if that cell will work. In general I don't recommend generic cells. You get what you pay for.

Hi Ashley — did you keep that cell? If so, how is it working out? Thx
