I grabbed out my pump filter to replace it and when I went to replace it I saw a frog swimming where the filter goes so I stuck my hand in towards the frog and it swam down and got sucked in now the pump is making a weird noise and the water pressure coming out of the pump is very little WHAT DO I DO ?

OH NO! Poor froggy! I would open up your pump basket AFTER turning off the power to your pump at the breaker.I would take your basket out and see what you can feel in front of the motor. You might end up taking the pump off the plumbing to get the frog bits out of the impeller.

First…eeewwww.

Sounds like you need to disconnect the pump and get at the impeller to see if it made it through, assuming it didn’t.
