Almost a year into ownership of my pool - the first opening.
We had it professionally closed last year, and I'm going to open it myself. However, I've run into an issue where the plug at the bottom of the skimmer is out of reach. I'd venture to say it's about 4-6" past the length of my arm. There isn't a "Gizzmo" in there, but a small plug (similar to what was in the pool returns). I didn't watch the guy put it in, so I don't know if he used a special tool or not. I'd try to take a picture, but the skimmer is full of anti-freeze and it's really hard to see through.
