Going through this same thing right now. I hope mine turns out as well as yours. I was filling up with the sun down and unusually low temps so I'm hopeful that is what caused it. Shut the water off and will be waiting to see how things look in the heat of the sun. This exchange gives me some hope that I'm not in trouble. I spent weeks leveling and prepping the ground with concrete pavers for the uprights so I will be royally upset if this pool is toast.

Along with good base support, we hope you are ready for the chemistry and have your TF-100 or Taylor K-2006C test kit ready for your first water sample. If you're on a well, that opens up a whole new can of worms (iron). Be sure to update your signature with all of your pool and equipment info.
