That is my intention, when I get some time. Since the pressure has been rising and catching some of the smaller stuff, I figured it was working, although slowly. Would you let the FC drop down or keep it around shock level?

Since you have passed two OCLTs and have no CC, I am guessing the organics are dead and now it just needs filtering. I would probably let it drop.
