The pool builder created many scratches when building and then cleaning the pool.

Has anyone has success in getting scratches resolved in an Imagine Pools fiberglass pool?

They tried to "fix" them and so far it looks worse.

Pool builder has not been pleasant to work with from start to finish as has been barely responding to us in the past couple weeks.

It is a little hard to see some of the "before" images but you can see the the aftermath of the "fix."

How in the world did they manage to do that? In the pics, I see some definite scratch (or gouge) lines, but then in some other pics there appears to be a wider faded blemish of sorts. Almost like a stress mark from below (I hope not). Do you have any additional details about how they were created?

The initial scratches were done when they used a rolling vacuum attachment. The faded lines are from them trying to buff the scratches out. I got in the water yesterday and it's not even really fixing the issue and might be causing more damage. I am not sure what to do and the Company's owner is trying to tell me they are done.
