Any ideas on how to get rid of established calcium deposits on tile and stone. Have tried scrubbing with diluted meuratic acid, power washing, pumus stone and nothing works.
After moving into our home with a non TFP maintained pool we had some nasty tile. Hired a media blasting guy to come out of do the initial clean for a couple hundred bucks.
80ish grit wet/dry sandpaper works to smooth the rough patches. You can also lower pH and/or CSI and brush with a stainless steel brush. More here, Pool School - Calcium Scaling
