Dual different filters

Hello

I have a 40k unground pool 2nd season with the pool

First season had the original de filter
This year replaced everything with a sand filter

I don’t like how it’s not as clear and wanted to add a de filter with a bypass to have one filter run one filter not

Is that possible or am I dreaming

No need for both filters Just add some DE to the sand filter

Add DE to a Sand Filter

A clean pool filter will increase the efficiency of your pool! ... your filter are to backwash it, clean the manifolds and grids, and add new DE.

It's likely springs fault and not the filter. So much crud blows in this time of year that any filter will struggle.
