Dolphin getting stuck on drain cover

I just recently bought Dolphin S200 and just gets stuck there and not able to unstuck and do any work. Any solution for S200?

Hey Manuja !!! Somebody posted this recently (apologies for forgetful scatterbrain to whomever deserves credit). I look forward to trying them soon once my pool is built. I’ve seen many threads about robots getting stuck.

Unfortunately I never could resolve this issue with Dolphin. Ended up giving that robot to a relative and replacing it with a 4WD cleaner. Best thing I ever did. Now it cleans on a schedule, not spending the entire timing spinning on a floor drain.

The only solution I have found is turn off the main drain and only pull through the skimmers. Not sure if the suction pulls it on top of just gets stuck when it rides over it but if it's off I never found it stuck
