Defective Taylor Borate Test Strips - 01/24 Expiration Date

I just received confirmation from Trouble Free Test Kits that Taylor Borate Test Strips with an 01/24 expiration date (on the bottom of the bottle) are defective.

My defective strips read 2.5X-3X high.

I don't know if Taylor is offering any sort of comp. TFT offered a replacement bottle of test strips (which I had already purchased) or credit for a future purchase of the borate test strips.

Reading high is better than reading low and putting in too much.
