Critters in Pool Won’t Go Away/What To Do?

Oh my....

I have these little critters in my Oasis that won't go away, no matter what I do. I vacuum for hours every day and these creatures still pop up. What are they and how do I get rid of them? See attached image.

P.S. I called them critters because at this point, I don’t know what else to call them.

I guess I have to vacuum the pool daily to clean them out.... Cause I've been doing that for weeks. LOL
