Coping around spa, bluestone or pavers.

I am having my coping redone, charcoal bullnose pavers. The part between the spa and pool right now is two bull-nosed cut to fit on each side. I can follow this same design but I have the option have adding bluestone. But I'm not sure how that transition between pavers to bluestone coping will look. And should I just do bluestone in the area between the pool and spa or bluestone around the entire spa...?

Include pictures for reference with the original pavers.

Any guidance 2kll.be appreciated!

Welcome to TFP.

I would not change to bluestone just on the area between the spa and pool. If you want bluestone coping then do it around the entire pool.

Thanks for the welcome!

That was my original plan, just have it bullnose on both sides by cutting two pavers to size. But then today they suggested bluestone around just the spa and I just think it'll look odd since the bullnose will butt against the bluestone and end abruptly.

So then they suggested bluestone just in the middle section. So here I am on this forum :) for opinions.

i dont have spa but have bluestone around border and coping. here is pic so you can see how it would look . this is dark grey bluestone. looks nice but does get very hot.
