Concrete on vinyl liner

Last December, I had my coping re-installed (again) and there are copious amounts of concrete which has hardened to the liner at the bottom of the pool. A good deal of it has settled in the corners of the pool. I've been brushing it away slowly for the last few weeks, but I'm not making a lot of progress. Are there any tips or tricks? Is it safe to try and pry it up with a plastic scraper?

I would be very cautious about using any tools to remove concrete from the liner. It would be too easy to poke or tear a hole. Sorry I don't have any tips or tricks other than to use your fingers or feet to rub it off, maybe a stiff bristle plastic brush.
I did have to remove concrete from the side of my AGP liner, but this was only after it was on there for a couple of hours.
