FC levels between your "min" and your "shock" are safe to swim. Some users swim while at shock level (wear an old suit if you are concerned about that.)
Still have cloudy water , getting a little better but numbers are good. I am wondering last year I had this issue maybe do to the well water I used to fill the pool. I know the metal test come up negative but last year I used these tablets and it seem to work. I was told sometime the metal test do not always show up positive. Would it hurt to a metal out product?
If your FC isn't holding overnight and you lost more than 1ppm, if your CC is .6 or higher, and if you still have cloudy water, keep shocking your pool.
If the algae is dead, it can take a long time for sand filters to clear up dead algae. You can try the DE in the sand filter trick. Instructions are in pool school.
If your FC didn't hold you still have a ways to go. Until it does you need to filter 24/7
