Closing on house and grabbed water sample. Tested with TFT100 Pro - Questions

What do I need to do day 1 on this pool? Taking possession in 10 days. Planned on putting on SWG out of the gate (seperate thread). Snagged a pool water sample on my final walk through. It's got the tablet floater in the pool and is a standard Cl pool.

Coming off winter in SE Texas. Pool water is still chilly. Minor leaves etc noted in pool. But water is crystal clear.

Grabbed a sample on the surface by the steps. Used a 20OZ sport water bottle I had laying around. Here are my results (questions on salt test color later)

Used FAS DPD test.

FC is 1 ppm or less
CC is 1 ppm or less
TA is 130, maybe slightly less
CYA is >100 and was only 1/2 way to 100 mark
Salt is 1000 ppm

On the salt having a hard time estimating right color called "salmon".

I don't know all the specs just yet. Still getting a handle on that. Took a bunch of pics of pumps etc. Will post that soon and update my profile. I guesstimate it is between 15K and 25K gallons. The owners weren't sure when I asked them.
