Our home and pool is new construction in 2021. We lost power to our pool pump a few days before Christmas and it took a several more days to get electrician out. We lost a leg that provides 220 to the pump and a new line will be installed next Wed (thankfully under warranty). Electrician said could have been cable that went bad on it's own or was damaged after initial install (landscaping, dug well, etc). Any tips on things we can do until the power is restored? We've been net skimming and brushing daily, and keeping chlorine at reco level. All chemistry is good and no signs of bad stuff. We've ordered a handheld vacuum but it won't arrive until after power is scheduled to get fixed. Thanks and happy new year!

Sounds like you are doing the right things. Pour in liquid chlorine as needed to maintain a FC level on the high side. Follow liquid chlorine levels, not SWG.

FC/CYA Levels
Thank you for the chart link and pointing out to follow liquid chlorine levels. I use the app, which I think has FC target based on SWG.
