Cannot control staining, please help (Pic included)

It looks like the combination of localised high CYA in the presence of copper has caused a purple stain called [FONT=&quot]Purple or Copper Cyanurate
Jacks pink or blue is supposed to be a good treatment for that

FYI I have no experience with this, just what appeared after some google research[/FONT]
