Can I SLAM while also adding conditioner/stabilizer to raise CYA?

My CYA is basically 0 and I want to know if it's alright to SLAM while adding the dry pellets. I get that SLAM is dependent on what the CYA level is but I'd probably add enough to target 30 ppm.

Also, is the Clorox Conditioner Stabilizer brand okay? Seems a good bit cheaper than the rest.

If you know your pool capacity for certain then you could simultaneously add 30 CYA at the beginning of slam.
As far as the clorox brand goes it's not on the recommended list but the Clorox CYA is good and used.
