Calcium Build Up on Sheer Descent Wall

A picture may help us provide a viable answer.

Is the wall tiled, stone, pebble or ????

Is it just a whitish haze over the wall or are there localized raised deposits? Is it an actual shear descent - with a very narrow horizontal slot at the top which pushes water outward, away from the wall - or does water continuously flow on the wall when the water feature is on?

Can you post a full set of test results from your test kit? Maybe we can suggest a tweak to your water chemistry to minimize the buildup.

What test kit are you using?

A pumice stone may work. Possibly, a diluted acid wash may also help - but you'd have to remove any large crusty areas first. I'm not familiar with that stone, you may want to try the pumice stone and/or diluted acid wash on an inconspicuous area first.
