I've been using an Aquabot Rapids 4wd for past 8 years with no issues. I decided to start looking for a bot with cord swivel (the only thing I don't like about the 4wd). Came across this B200. BWT now owned Aquabot, so I assume it will be as reliable. Just received the B200 (Target online).

These units are almost identical, differences: Cord Swivel, baskets have a different mesh (not sure if finer, looks more cloth like), wheels have different rubber (not as grippy), control has 1.5 & 2 hours buttons (old one has one button that did 3 hours), and color (which I thought was going to be red, but closer to pink). If it lasts the same 8 years, it's a bargain. And I have spare parts now! (Although new baskets don't fit old).

First 2 hour cycle cleaned what looked like a clean pool. Moves a bit faster than the old one, but could be because old one is 8 years old. Comes to shallow end more than the old one. Cord doesn't tangle! Cloth in basket seems to pick up "dust", probably not any better than the old fine filters. Wife and daughter love the color, I would have preferred red. Both weigh the same pulling it out, 18# plus water.

Tires are not hard like I thought they were, once they get wet they are spongy. Baskets are not too easy to clean. The cloth material causes stuff like sticky needles to stick making it harder to hose off.
