Bubbles in water

I finally got my new sandfilter pump going which is a 3000 intex sand pump. In the meantime my pool had turned green with algae. I Put some algae remover in the pool then I put a shock in it. now I Have Bubbles coming into my pool and it feels like an oil skim. I need help soon i'm having people over

Glad your pump problem is resolved 👍🏻 The prescription for algae is the with liquid chlorine - not any of those potions. How are you testing the water?

Read the last couple posts of your other thread.

For anything to happen quickly, you need to drain the pool and refill with fresh water. And discontinue adding pool store potions.

If you have algae then the only tested method is to perform the SLAM Process to get rid of the algae
You do not discuss how bad it is (photo will help) but a SLAM could days several days to several weeks.
It is best to use liquid chlorine and not granular shock.

Unfortunately. I haven't been able to test the water yet because I have lost the key to my building where I store my stuff. Guess I'll purchase some new equipment.

The foam etc is from the algaecide. Do not use that stuff. Use Liquid Chlorine.
