Bubbles escaping infloor head when pool is off?

My pool turns off at 8 PM. This morning at 6 AM I noticed a small stream of bubbles escaping from the infloor head in my pool.

With the pump off, I would assume that no air or water should be moving around?

I did clean my cartridge filter last night, did I do something to that is making it so the plumbing system isn't airtight?

It could have some air traps in the pipe... run it today and see if it happens again
