Breaker trips for IC40

The gray breaker trips with any power. I have replaced the breaker to the SWG and it still trips. Is my only other variable the control board for the Chlorine generator? I don't see any other fuses for the IC40 and no lights on the board of course.

Unplug the SWCG from the bottom of the EasyTouch and see what happens..

If the breaker pops with the cell disconnected, then the surge card is bad..

If the breaker does not pop, with the cell disconnected, then most likely the cell itself is bad.

How old is the cell??
