Black Spots on Pool liner (Still Empty)

Hello,

We have emptied our pool completely today and power washed it. The liner has some black marks at one end.
There was a lot of green algae on the edges but it came off easily with the power washer. But the black spots remain despite extra scrubbing with washing liquid. We want to refill it asap so the liner doesn't get damaged but wanted to ask if these black marks are anything to worry about.

Should we try to remove them (if so, how?) or if we can leave them?

Hello from London Texas Splash!! Thanks for getting back. We gave it a super good scrub with Algae-cide and got the worst off.

Our new problem is we just hooked up the pump and it doesn't seem to be working.

The pressure is very high and making a noise but very quiet.

Do you think there is something wrong with the motor/pump or is it the pressure?

A bit stumped.

Would love any suggestions,

Can you post some pics of the equipment pad please? A couple angles so we can see the pump, filter, plumbing connections, etc.
