Best deals to buy 12.5% chlorine in Michigan?

Inflation finally hitting chlorine. Anyone know were to get 12.5% chlorine cheaper than $4.00 a gallon? so $16.00 a case. Last year got it for $12.00 a case, now its $16.00 (Menards)

This would be more Michigan.

Menards is going to be about the cheapest you'll find in MI. Unless you have some chemical distributor that will sell it in bulk. Few and far between. $4.00 a gallon is pretty cheap with today's prices...
