Best bolts for use underwater in fresh water pool.

We are going to put a handrail in our pool that will stretch from the deck to the bottom of the pool or to the bottom step, running over the steps. We are going to install a saftron rail, and the deck to deck ones don't reach out far enough. What bolts are best to use on the part that will be attached to the bottom of the pool or the bottom step? I want ones that are least likely to rust.

All pools become salt water pools over time as salt is added through Trichlor tablets, liquid chlorine, or muriatic acid.

Brass bolts are the best not to rust. Or high quality stainless steel.
