Keep high levels (10ppm +) of chlorine in your pool until it clears. (put it in in the evening to be more effective)
Run the pump 24/7 and keep your filter clean until the pool clears
Lower your pH into the mid 7's.
Address all other issues (including TDS which is not really an issue) when you have completed the above.
