I replaced bearings (the blue ones) the teeth on wheel are good. Trying to get one more winter out of it till I replace. Any ideas? You'll have to crack that bad boy open to figure out the problem.
My first guess is there is an issue with the water management system, specifically the paddle wheel or inner feeder tubes. Going by the looks of that video (I don't have sound on my computer, so if you said the model I apologize) it looks like a Letro. This parts breakdown of the Letro Legend 4-Wheel shows you a exploded view, key #5 and #6 would be where I start.
