The pool I recently inherited had an inline tab chlorinator hooked up at one time.
The chlorinator was already disconnected and a single black tube, connecting to the skimmer pipe
and the return pipe was put in place.
It's in a rather vulnerable position and I would like to put a "cap" on both of the tube connectors
on the pipes instead of cutting / replacing the pipe sections as I might do a stenner pump some day.
Anyone know if such a threaded cap already exists for purchase to plug the two of these at the pipe?
I have no idea what the thread size is.
Right now the connections that go into the pipes have some sort of rubber gasket to keep a seal
with a hose clamp on both pipes to keep them snug.
I almost thought of using some extra nylon bolts i had used to plug the leaks of solar panels I
had at the last house...not sure if they would be a snug fit to plug properly.
