AquaCal Heatpump and PoolSync

I have an AquaCal Heatpump, with a dial, that says PoolSync ready. I picked up an AquaCal ECP0343 Wifi Controller and followed the instructions, but it doesn't work. When powered on, the lights blink 3 times and then turn off. Pressing reset, the Offline light comes on and stays on.

The wiring is pretty straight forward, but all the online manuals refer to HP9. I have an HP10 control panel. Has anyone been down this road, any advice, thoughts?

I have not, but you are correct, they were very helpful. They said the PoolSync was faulty and are replacing it.
