Hi there I'm about to put in a aquarite and my vs pump is wired to be on all the time too. The link to susa installation is unreachable. Any suggestions on how I should wire the aquarite?

I am putting in the same SWG. I am going to add the SWG after my pool heater but before the pool/spa return split. The flow valve, however, will be placed on the pool side return only with at least 12" on straight pipe before the flow valve. The panel will be wired directly to the sub panel on a dedicated breaker.

In this scenario, the SWG will not produce chlorine when the spa is in operation as the flow valve will be off since no water in returning to the pool. The SWG will only generate when the pool mode is in operation.
