Anyway to prevent my Dolphin Nautilus CC Plus from getting stuck here?

It tends to get stuck between the “floor” area and the seat, raised at a 45* angle. Has anyone else ever had a situation like this? It may just be that my seat is the perfect size to create the issue, but I thought it was worth checking.
