Anyone else experiencing issues with the Microsoft version of the Pool Math App?

Good evening,

I'm experiencing issues with the Pool Math Microsoft App. I'm not experiencing issues with the Android version.

The Microsoft version isn't responding. The app only opens and nothing is accessible even though my login name is present.

After backing up all the data with the Android version, I repaired, reset, uninstalled and reinstalled the Microsoft version.

I then followed the instructions from below from the Android version.

I did send an email to Pool Math support. ([email protected]) yesterday.

I thought someone on the forum may be experiencing the same issue or had in the past and know what the issue would be.

If you're one to use the Microsoft version and haven't opened it for awhile this winter, you might want to check that it is still operating.

If you mean PC (Microsoft windows version), mine works correctly.
