Another reason to go saltwater...

Just got back from 3 stores every one sold out of bleach. I was hoping to boost chlorine this weekend but I guess not now!!

I might need to open sooner and use the heater to boost the temp so the saltwater generator can make chlorine.

I suspect that most people do not realize that Liquid Pool Chlorine is just "bleach".. So while bleach may be out of stock, I bet that in the pool section of Home Depot or Lowes, they still have Liquid Chlorine. At least mine does..

My home Depot literally NEVER has pool chlorine even though it's always requested. I guess they like throwing money away on lost sales. Aggravating!!

Try Leslie's if you have one. A little expensive there but they should have it.

I had to SLAM and I spent 2 hours going to 9 stores stocking bleach since each only allowed 1-2 bottles and I had no idea how many I needed. It was a nightmare but it’s done and turns out I bought about 8 bottles too many ?‍ We do have a salt chlorinator thank goodness but I had no idea when I bought it I’d need it due to bleach pandemic. My local Lowe’s and Home Depot has no pool bleach either sigh Hope you got what you needed!
