Anchor replacement

I pulled out 4 anchors that had seized.

1. How should I install the new anchors into the holes in the concrete? I want it to be secure, but not so permanent that I cannot remove it if it seizes again. Would hot glue work?

2. Is there a style of anchors I should buy that is more reliable and less likely to seize?

Anchors just hammer in. I don't think you should use any other method. I have never had an anchor seize. Make sure they are 100% brass. If your hole is too big I would drill another hole.
