Adding Stabilizer

Okay, I think Dave wants to know how old the water is

Just purchased a foreclosed home (pics over in the construction forum) and had the liner replaced. The pool should be full tomorrow and the pool company will be out Monday to fire things up and add salt.
So the water filled Sunday, yesterday?

Yep, I turned the hoses off around lunch yesterday. Here is a pic of it filling.

It's been 24hrs since chemicals were added. The SWCG is up and running. When I push the test buttons the readings from the unit are 2500, 5.0, and 21.9 (test kit will be in tomorrow). The first is salt ppm but the last two I have no idea and I have search all over the internet for a description. Cheat sheet with unit states 3250 is ideal and LEDs say to add more salt but pool company says to give it a while.
