Adding acid to SWG pool

I recently converted my pool to SWG (thanks to help from TFP!). Been great so far. About to go on vacation and one of my kids is gonna take care of the pool for me. Looks like they will need to add acid a few times while I’m gone. When the IC 40 is generating, all the bubbles come out of one return (out of 3 total plus 2 bubblers on the Sun ledge). That return just happens to be the easiest return to get to for pouring acid. See any problems with adding acid at that return?

No. Just pour slowly into the stream of water coming from the return.
