A20 (cord twisting)

I have recently purchased the A20 and very happy with the results. I have one issue and that is that the blue cord keeps twisting around itself.
Has anyone found a way to prevent this from happening or make it less frequent?

How are you coiling it up when you take it out of the pool to store it? The cord should never be wound up like an extension cord but rolled up to avoid putting permanent twists in the cord. Google the "over-under coil method". The unit should make equal number of CW and CCW turns to avoid tangles.

How long/how many cycles are you leaving it in the pool? Consensus here is building to taking it out every few cycles to empty the basket and also make sure there are no twists in the cord.

My A20 gets 1-3 twists each cycle. I remove it each time (not for that reason though). I only need to run it once a week. I untwist it and coil it in big gentle circles by laying it on the ground.

More power to those whose doesn't get twists in it. I have many extra feet of cable though so it wouldn't make any difference if there were 10 twists in it I don't think.
