None of the lights on the cells are lighting up. Help!

Here are all the things I can think of:
Power is out
Breaker is tripped
Power cord is cut to power module
Cord is cut from power module to IC
Cell has failed
Power module has failed
Do you have pool automation controlling the IC?

Could also be a blown fuse. There is a fuse holder on bottom of the power center.
If its in a timer or controller of some sort, make sure that's working.
