Sure. Once you get that water level up to the skimmer, place some stabilizer in a sock (near the skimmer) based on the poolmath calculator (link below) and start getting some CYA in there right away to protect your chlorine. Speaking of which, start adding some regular bleach to keep anything from trying to grow in your new water. Using the poolmath calculator again, start with about 2ppm initially until your CYA gets to its minimum of 30, then bring your FC up to regular levels of 3-7ppm. Also begin to adjust your PH and TA as needed based on the calculator and Recommended Levels chart (link below). Hope that helps get you on track.
