    Slamming with questions

    1. I removed the light from the niche to clean it. Should I leave it out or replace it into the niche during the slam?

    2. Can I test FC with only 5 ml of water and using 1 ppm per drop?

I'd put the light back in if you already scrubbed everything down with bleach.

When I backwash my sand filter should I hear the sand move? If I remember correctly it used to sound like the sand lifting inside the filter.
