New Build in Corinth TX

It took 27 hours with 2 hoses to fill. Ouch on that water bill!
We did get in Sunday but no swimming underwater. Also had burgers on the grill.
They came and hooked up the switches for the arbor fan and lights. Also yesterday came to add chemicals, turn on the pump and water features. We were able to finally swim last night!
I knew we were getting LED lights but didn't know they were color changing! Bonus!
Pool school on Labor Day and all the small items on our punch out list.

Boy oh boy!!! Your pool looks wonderful! The video is great! There was pure happiness in that splash!

The color lights are really fun, aren't they?!!! I didn't want them at first, but my son talked me into them. I'm so glad he did. I love the Sky Blue and Cobalt Blue best (on Jandy choices). At night, I find them so soothing - the pool looks almost magical...

And your water features - simply beautiful! I didn't know you were getting a fountain in the spa. It is so very pretty! As if you didn't already have enough beauty going on with the spa - THAT TILE, the copper scupper spillways, the coping and stonework! The other scuppers including the bowls (you've got a lot of them!) are lovely. And the bubbler is just plain fun!

It's going to be a very fun fall.....
Enjoy!
Suz.

It's all looking so great! And the best part is seeing all the fun everyone (including the dog) is having! I don't think the kids' smiles could be any bigger!!!

My first guess on the old patio furniture was skeletal pieces (hopefully cows or similar....). But now that I'm on my computer and can see better, my best guess is driftwood. Now I can't wait to hear what they're really made of. And who built these? I'm always amazed at the creativity of people! Use what you have or what interests you!

But I have to say, the new furniture with those gorgeous cushions are my favorite. I really NEED those cushions - they would go perfectly with the color theme I'm trying to go with - aqua and dark blue.

I know you've had fun with your sister and her family. I enjoy my pool the best when I have friends and family in it with me. No, I enjoy my pool best when it's quiet and I'm alone. No, with friends and family. No, alone and quiet. Well, you get the idea!

I bought the old patio furniture at an auction. It is made out of... Drum roll please... Teak! It has sat in direct sunlight for years. I have a bar set that has been in my garage that we will get out and I will post pics later. It is stunning when taken care of!
My sister and her girls did not get to come. After the first week of school, they came down with strep throat.
So we laid sod in the heat. It was miserable so my husband is now laying it beginning in the evenings.
