Just bought some 10% at Rural King near the Ohio valley mall at 6.99 for 4 gallons. Bought 4 cases to start by baq conversion.

My local Ollies is out of shock already....And its not even June yet......WOW They had shock up until August last year. Word must be spreading around here...

Yeah, I went on Monday with a buddy who I'm converting to TFP and there were probably about 10 cases left. There were 2 pallets full last week.
Nope, just commenting that I'm seeing the same thing out here, it's going fast from Ollie's. I keep spreading the word, but I'm going to dry up my supply.
Update on the 10% from rural king. Just tested before and after. 1ppm FC before, added around 1.5gal according to pool math to take it to 15ppm. Checked 1 hour later and its at 22ppm... looks like its more like 12.5% stuff.
I was at a Weis Supermarket of all places and saw a display for Austin's Pool Tech Shock. It's 12.5% for $2.24/gal. So, I bought all they had.

can you please explain how this works in details?
i called stores in different districts and they only sell it in cases of two 1 gallon bottles. I would love to jump on the deal like yours and stock up for a couple months
by the way is this stabilized or unstabilized chlorine?
the reason I ask is because all 10% ones I've seen were stabilized. all big stores sell it for about $5 a gallon. I don't know the amount of stabilizer in it but if that's the case with your chlorine can you provide more info as well?

That was my experience also. Mine was only a couple weeks old, and close to 15%.

Homeland had 64 OZ 8.25% bleach on sale for $1.00. I ordered 144 bottles and after the manager gave me a case (8 bottles) for free it ended up being only $147 after taxes.

Atwood's in the Arkansas and Oklahoma area has 10% for $2.99 a gal or $9.99 for a case of four. Periodically it will drop to around $8 a case for a week.
