    Most soaps are broken down by chlorine fairly quickly, but you can get some foaming in the meantime and sometimes the fragrance sticks around for some time.

    Might work but you'd need to make sure the surface of the water is still or else the churn will cause foaming.

    I dunno, a mild lemon scent to your pool water could make you the envy of the neighborhood
