I have used my TF-100 test kits for 2 years already. Is the chemical still good for another year? or I have to order the fresh chemical this year? I don't know how long we can keep the chemical until it is went out.

Depends on how you have stored it ... it all might still be good, but hard to say.
They are having the annual refill sale through this weekend, so probably a good idea to refresh it for $32 + shipping.

If it has been stored indoors and not in a hot/cold shed or similar, chances are most reagents are still ok. If you haven't replenished the FC components before I would do that at minimum.
Last year I purchased the whole refill kit. I had everything from the year before. This year I found that I only needed the CYA and the FC test. So I dated everything and going to use the older first and if it seems to be testing odd try out the new and toss out what isn't working correctly. I took the leftover money and became a supporter!
