How do you put antifreeze in the main drain since you can't plug it? Seems like when you put the antifreeze in it would simply find its way up and our of the main drain into the pool.
The anti-freeze is heavier than water right? So it should stay down in the pipe below the pool and thus prevent the water in the pipe from freezing. I do not think you need to fill the entire pipe up all the way up to where you are pouring it in.
I was wondering if that was how it was, ie antifreeze heavier.
Im still trying to figure out HOW to get antifreeze in there while also creating the air lock. Im blowing trough the skimmer gizmo with the jandy flipped to open MD.
